This is an amazing in-depth 1 day workshop with 8 hours of teaching, there is a maximum of 4 people that can attend this workshop, which gives the opportunity for “Michael” your teacher, to give personal time for each student, to answer questions and go over areas of the subject matter you may need more guidance and clarity on, so you fully understand the processes.
The aim of this workshop, is to give you on the day, all the processes, tools and techniques to create a new mindset, the 85 page printed manual and worksheets that you will take home with you, gives you clear step by step structured processes to work through all the subject matter and to implement them on a daily basis. There is also extra detailed information within the manual that explains each of the processes.

Creating a new positive mindset
Becoming aware of and changing your limiting beliefs
Learning to stop your negative thinking
Learning how to stop feeling out of control
Learning to become aware of and overcome destructive ways of thinking and self-sabotaging
Understanding the relationship between Thoughts, Emotions, Behaviours and Consequences.
Cultivating Mindfulness and Awareness
Cultivating awareness of self-talk, that inner critic, the monkey mind and putting it in its place.
Understanding the difference between Situational and Psychological Fear
Awareness and Recognizing emotions
Recognizing Triggers that create these negative thoughts and emotions
Recognizing Automatic Thoughts and the sub-conscious mind
Identifying Underlying Beliefs
Reframing Negative Experiences
Overcoming Indecision and Inaction
Techniques to overcome limiting and self-sabotaging behaviour
Understanding how Affirmations work and creating your own personal Affirmations
You will learn and experience a powerful guided meditation to relax the mind, body and release tension in the body. (This is also useful for those that have difficulty sleeping)
Mindfulness Meditation, practicing it, and learning what are you actually learning while you are doing it, and why most people need to do it
You will learn the process of how to structure and set goals to help you move forward in your personal life and business life so you can reach your highest potential

The workshop includes:
A 85 page printed manual and hand-out worksheets for you to keep, to use daily and practice all the tools and techniques you will learn at the workshop.
It also includes light refreshments (tea, coffee and water) and biscuits and fresh fruits
PLEASE NOTE: The price does not include lunch, there are many cafes close by our center

A deposit of €100 is needed to reserve your place; the balance is to be paid 7 days before the workshop.

Most people live their lives full of negative thoughts, worries and fears, even when they are having a great time their mind just drifts off and dwells on negative thoughts, filled with dread and fear about upcoming events or future situations. This way of thinking over time will leave you feeling drained and full of stress and anxiety.
Most people are just existing, they are not living their lives and reaching their full potential.

As we work through the workshop, you will come to realise that “your thoughts create how you feel” and with practice, you can “choose what thoughts you want to think” and by choosing positive thoughts you will create positive feelings and emotions for yourself.
An important message I would like to share with you at this time, is that “You learnt how to think the way you do” so the good news is that “You can NOW learn how to think in a more positive and productive way”
Throughout the workshop you will come to realize the amount of negative thinking distortions, false beliefs, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours, and unfavourable personal habits that you have picked up on your journey through life. By becoming aware of these is the first step in creating a new positive and productive mindset.
This mindset level 1 workshop will give you the tools and techniques to start you off on your new journey, I will guide and coach you throughout the day, giving you practical tools and techniques, that you can instantly put into practice and continue to use whenever needed.
