How do I book and register to do this online course?
After payment is made you will receive a conformation email and I will be contacting you within 48 hours so we can arrange a time that would be best for both of us to start the 1 to 1 course.
I will contact you through the contact details you give when you purchase the course.
We can then also arrange which way would be best for us to connect each week, either through skype, facebook messenger, google meet or zoom.
Don’t ever feel overwhelmed if you need help to connect to any of these platforms I will help you.
What will happen each week when we meet?
We will arrange a time for us to connect online each week, either through skype, facebook messenger, google meet or zoom, the mentoring will be 1 to 1 and for an hour each week. (6 hours of mentoring and teaching in total) each week we will cover different topics and you will have handouts, and mindfulness and mindset practical training. (I will also send you each week a manual that covers everything we covered that session.) This training will then be used for you to practice daily each week to help you to overcome negative thinking and to create a new mindset. On the following week we will go over areas where you may have found difficulty in practicing the processes and I will answer any questions you may have.
What to expect from this course?
This course is designed to give you the guidance, tools and techniques to create a new more positive mindset, I will guide and mentor you, helping you to put everything you learn in this course into daily practical use, so you can feel more balanced, calm and relaxed in your daily life.
The aim of this 6 weeks 1 to 1 mentoring and teaching course is to take you from where you are right now to a much better, more balanced and peaceful place.
A place where you are not controlled by your negative thoughts or the difficult situations that happen on a daily basis. A place where you feel more fulfilled, in control and empowered.
Expect to be challenged so keep an open mind. Expect your perspective to shift so also be open to change. Expect to have things to do, especially mindful practice and mindset training, Expect the possibilities of wonderful new beginnings.
I am here with you, and together we will work each week to getting you to your goal.
My main teaching and mentoring throughout the 6 weeks are through mindfulness and mindset practice and training.
At the end of the 6 weeks you won’t be the same person that you are now. You will be in a much higher place.
The more you put into this course, the more you will get out of it, and I will be with you all the way.

A computer, laptop or mobile and an internet connection. Also have a pad and pen for when we are doing the sessions so you can write things down if needed.
